Caltrop

A reader has requested information on an herbal remedy commonly called Caltrop. This plant, also called Puncture Vine, or botanically known as Tribulus terristris, is being commercially sold as an enhancement to the male libido. Although I was unable to find any studies confirming that claim, this herb is generally considered safe to use.
